Each adult must disclose all types of assets and sign the Asset Verification form (1 form per household) e) Signed Rental Criteria and Asset Verification (attached to listing) f) $50 application fee / adult (Certified funds only. Submit fee to management company along with the completed application.) Paid applications will be processed in the order they are received and if your application is not processed, you will get your application fee returned.
